Classic & Specialty Vehicle Dealer

Located in Warner Robins, GA
We do things differently at Hemstreet Motors. Typically, when you think of a used vehicle dealership you think of a brick-and-mortar car lot displaying their inventory on a major roadway. Hemstreet Motors does not operate with a display lot, instead we store our inventory off-site and operate from a commercial office located near Robins Air Force Base off Russell Parkway in Warner Robins, GA. Do not be confused, Hemstreet Motors is state licensed, bonded & insured and offers the same full service that any licensed Georgia Dealership is capable of. Our full inventory is kept up to date and in constant rotation on our website for you to browse anytime from anywhere. If you see something you like, then give us a call to schedule an appointment and view anything we have to offer in person and if you are a long distance away we offer virtual walk around video’s to give you piece of mind. We also offer shipping services and hassle free at home delivery for additional charges. Our operation breaks the mold of traditional high overhead car lots and unlike most dealerships Hemstreet Motors charges NO additional dealer or doc fee’s. The price you see advertised on our website is the price you pay for the vehicle. If you are in the state of GA we are required to charge TAVT/TAG/Title but there are never any additional fee’s or surprises!
We specialize in classic, performance and specialty vehicles and have been involved in this niche market for the past 10+ years. If you have something old, cool or unique then were interested. We also keep several regular “daily driver” type vehicles in stock and would love to help with whatever you’re looking for. Whether you’re wanting to buy, sell or trade a vehicle we can help. We want you to recommend us to friends and family and continue coming back in the future. We will go over and above to ensure you have a good experience at Hemstreet Motors.
Owner: Born and raised in Warner Robins, GA owner Michael Gibson attended Houston County Schools and stayed local to attend college at Georgia Military College and later Macon State College where he received a bachelor’s in business management. He has held multiple high-level jobs in Warner Robins, GA primarily in Finance, business management and contracting in support of the war fighter and Robins Air Force Base. Michael has built and restored classic and performance vehicles for car shows or sanctioned racing events in the local community and abroad. Michael is experienced in automotive repair, detailing, vehicle valuations and especially marketing. Having bought and sold hundreds of cars as a personal hobby it was finally time to open a business in order to help others in a market he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about.
The name: Hemstreet Motors gives tribute to Michael’s Grandfather Al Hemstreet “Poppy”. He has been an influential part of Michael’s life, teaching him everything he knew about cars from a very early age. Most importantly he taught Michael how to buy and sell car’s to make a profit, that was largely in part to knowing what to buy (what is desirable), getting a good vehicle (how to inspect them) and knowing the current market value of what you are buying. Al’s legacy is one for the record books. He owned over 100 Corvettes all while moving his family around the world while working for the United States Air Force. Over the years he bought, sold, repaired and/or restored Corvettes as his passion and side hustle. He later retired from the military as a senior master sergeant at RAFB. His most notable Corvettes were a 1963 Corvette Z06 and a 1966 Corvette that was featured in the movie “Remember the Titans” starring Denzel Washington. He started multiple Corvette social clubs, one while stationed in Hawaii and one here in Central Georgia, both of which are still active today. The skills “poppy” learned and developed over 50+ years in the automotive market were instilled in Michael which created a passion for buying and selling vehicles just like he did all his life with Corvettes. When starting his business Michael knew from the very beginning that he wanted to incorporate his grandfather’s legacy into the name and from there Hemstreet Motors was formed.
